Slab Casting Machines
Spare parts and spare part kits for hollow-core slab casting machines are available for different machine types according to the slab type.
The extensive development work behind KP Parts, our spare parts service, is clearly reflected in the wear resistance of our hollow-core slab casting machine feeding screws and guide tubes. Test results show that they can withstand wear up to 30% better than comparable products on the market. Improving wear resistance while maintaining high production efficiency has been a key objective of our product development.
We supply spare parts and spare part kits for hollow-core slab casting machines both as original spare parts and as our own in-house manufactured components with enhanced wear resistance, directly from our warehouse in Vantaa.

The hollow core casting machine's feed screw set is available for different machines based on the slab’s type. The material used is high-quality cast iron alloy. The bearing housing sleeve is always pre-installed at the factory. We supply hollow core casting machine’s feed screws both as original parts and as in-house manufactured parts with improved wear resistance, directly from our Vantaa warehouse in Finland.

Levelling beam - Spare parts
The spare parts kit for the levelling beam includes spare parts based on the machine type and is available for both EL900 and P7/E9 machines. We supply spare parts either as kits or individual components directly from our Vantaa warehouse in Finland. We can also deliver the drive shaft pre-assembled with bearings.
Bearings are always delivered as part of the spare part kit.

The nozzle module spare part kit includes wear parts based on the plate type and is available for EL900 machines. We supply the spare part kit as original parts directly from our Vantaa warehouse in Finland. For feed screws, we also offer in-house manufactured parts with improved wear resistance.
